Deposit

This is the deposit required to book an appointment. The deposit will come off the price of the tattoo when you get it done.  

 

*Before purchasing a deposit slip you must have filled out an appointment form or spoken to an artist directly*

 

By purchasing this you agree to the following: 

You are least 18 years old with a valid government issued ID.

Deposit is non-refundable unless exception given by artist.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit will be forfeited if you No Call/No Show.

You must arrive alert and sober. If under the influence of drugs/alcohol you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave.
